
1.Roll out of bed; Jumping is against all rules!
2.Breathe; Take a few deep breaths in, and let them out slowly. Repeat.
3.Stretch; Allow our body to wake up muscles and all.
4.Feel; Let your inner self feel the day and connect with your outer layer.
5.Check the mirror; stop and look, speak, smile, connect and whisper words of love to you.
6.Wash; Letting the water roll over you. Warmth, clean and caring.
7.Look forward; To a day full of love of self and love of life.
